With over 28 different kinds of pies, the Fredericksburg Pie Company
is sure to have your favorite pie! Each pie is baked fresh daily, from scratch,
with all of the finest ingredients. Bakers Merle and Mac (yep, both men!) begin about 6:30
AM baking the initial round of 17 to 22 different kinds of pies. It’s not
uncommon to have to bake a second round of pies because the first round sold out! They are
also the official pie supplier for the Auslander Restaurant on Main Street...
